The 2 Live Crew was created in the eighties. They are known as the pioneers of explicit hip-hop. They are one of the most controversial groups of all time. The 2 Live Crew have several platinium and gold albums to their credit. Brother Marquis and Fresh Kid Ice are currently working on a new album " Just Wanna Be Heard " for 2009 on their own company Nu Focuz Entertainment in a joint venture with Lil' Joe Records. This album will surely be a must for your CD collection with features by Mannie Fresh, E-40, Too Short and Insane Clown Posse. Still noddin' our heads to "Boom f/ E-40" music video by 2 Live Crew (a Thumbs Up!) although its been over three months since was given a 'Thumbs Up' here at MusicRemedy (March, 2009). This joint have received some well deserved attention but didnot make it to the top. A pity...
