    Aberdeen City: Just Like Christmas video + song

    Boston-based four-piece Aberdeen City are normally known for their slick and dramatic indie-rock. However this track sees the band in a more playful, ramshackle mood covering "Just Like Christmas." Originally written by Minnesota slow-core act Low and released on their 1999 Christmas album, AC recorded their cover in a hotel room in Mobile, Alabama during a cold night this past November.

    We gave "Just Like Christmas" music video by Aberdeen City a listen and yeah, we like it. Let's see if it will 'grow' on us. (December, 2006) Ahh look a song which should have received more attention. A pity...
