Best known as the lead singer of Philadelphia-based progressive punk act Circa Survive, Anthony Green is stepping out on his own with Avalon, a collection of songs penned by Green over the past decade. Recorded in March and named after the town in NJ where it was recorded, Avalon spans Green's adolescence and adulthood and shows him at both his most visceral and vulnerable. The lead single will be "Dear Child (dying to reach you)." We gave "Dear Child" music video by Anthony Green a listen and yeah, we like it. Let's see if it will 'grow' on us. (July, 2008) Sorry but I assume this song isnot going to be a classic in a longshot. No idea but these things happen.
