Formed in 1991 by then college students, Dray and Scoob, Das EFX quickly rose to the forefront of the early 90's hip-hop movement. Their first release, Dead Serious (Elektra) was a groundbreaking album fortified with speedy, hard-hitting lyrics and controversial themes.
