Establishing himself as one of the world's most hard working and versatile musicians, Ben Harper is about to unleash his ninth studio gem. Lifeline, will be released August 28th via long time label, Virgin. The definition of a blue collar musician, Harper and The Innocent Criminals, consistently produce organic tunes that show a deep appreciation for music and it's composition. The latest single, "In The Colors", is an ode to such a process. Recorded in Paris over a seven day period, there were no computers or pro-tools used in the making of the album.

We gave "In the Colors" music video by Ben Harper a listen and yeah, it's a nice song (August, 2007). An oldie but didnot make it to 'goodie'. Apparantly not enough attention to make it to the top. A pity...
