When Built To Spill wanted to find out what their music sounded like, they locked themselves in Doug Martsch’s garage. Without a tentative conclusion or even a hypothesis the four members began to experiment. Their collaborative efforts lasted seasons and yielded dozens of hours of ADAT tape. Over the last several albums, their brilliant mix of musical emotion and driving melodies have translated in their live show. This incredible 7" vinyl disc features two classic tracks: “Don’t Try” from 2001’s Ancient Melodies Of The Future and “The Source” from 1994’s There’s Nothing Wrong With Love.
At the moment there are no streams available. Streams will be added ASAP. We gave "Don't Try" music video by Built To Spill a listen and yeah, we like it. Let's see if it will 'grow' on us. (April, 2008) Sorry but I assume this song isnot going to be a classic in a longshot. No idea but these things happen.
