Chris Tomlin recently celebrated the upcoming release of his fifth studio project, "Hello Love," his hit single "Jesus Messiah" and the RIAA Platinum Certification of his 2004 release, "Arriving," and the RIAA Gold Certification of 2006's "See the Morning" at a packed party at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville.
"I am completely overwhelmed and honored to have the presentation of both a platinum and gold record simultaneous to the release of my next album, 'Hello Love,'" said Tomlin. "I am thankful to share this moment with all the incredible people that have made this a reality. This is so much bigger than one person and I am humbled to be a part of it. It truly is the favor of God!"
Chris Tomlin will release his fifth studio project, "Hello Love," on September 2. The album's debut single "Jesus Messiah," released to three radio formats on June 13 to immediate success.
Tomlin's newest project communicates what he describes as the "need to introduce ourselves to love again." Produced by Ed Cash, "Hello Love" endeavors to give voice to the Church to worship their Creator.
"With each new record, I continue to strive to create songs that will help people voice their worship to God. Worship is a massive word with a very broad scope, but in the end, it is very simple. It is love! It's our response in love to our great God who loved us first," says Tomlin.
