One of the most successful bands of the 80's and 90's, Britain's Def Leppard, will soon join one of Country's hottest acts, Taylor Swift. The rockers will hook up with Swift for a new episode of the popular CMT show "Crossroads." The show will be taped in front of an 'invitation only' audience in October and will air for the first time on CMT on Friday, November 8th.
"Every time I've seen Crossroads on CMT I've always thought, 'If I ever get to do one of those, it HAS to be with Def Leppard!' so this is really a dream come true for me," says Swift. "I have been screaming the words to Def Leppard songs for years...so it's amazing that I'm going to get to share a stage with them this year!" Def Leppard's Joe Elliot chimed in: "How cool is this?! Country's hottest young star wanting to work with us!!"
Def Leppard, who has sold over 65-million albums worldwide, is gearing up to release "C'mon C'mon," the second single off of their 14th studio release, "Songs FromThe Sparkle Lounge."
We are still enjoying "C'mon C'mon" music video by Def Leppard (a Thumbs Up!) although its been over three months since its been released (July, 2008). Why not? Songs don't get old, they get better.
Ahh look a song which should have received more attention. A pity...
