There are loads of rock bands making music for the dancefloor. Digitalism make electronic music that everyone can rock to. They are part of a new breed of producers leading the renaissance in electronic music which is reinvigorating and uniting the Indie and Dance scenes. Digitalism make their synthesizers and archaic PC act like rock instruments. On ' Idealistic' they put lo-fi scrappy vocals... "I had the idea that you were near"... on top of jagged guitars and heavily compressed electronic pulses.

We gave "Idealistic" music video by Digitalism a listen and yeah, it's a nice song (September, 2007). An oldie but didnot make it to 'goodie'. Apparantly not enough attention to make it to the top. A pity...
