Fat Joe's eighth album, The Elephant in the Room, is already shaping up to be one of his biggest and most successful projects to date. In addition to featuring the powerhouse multi-platinum producers, Scott Storch, Cool & Dre, Danja Handz, DJ Khaled, The Runners and LV the album also features guest artist, Lil Wayne, Plies, J. Holiday, and Dre (of Cool and Dre).
His first single, "I Won't Tell” featuring J. Holiday exploded onto radio stations across the country and is currently #8 on the Neilson BDS Urban Charts and Top 5 for Hot Rap Songs with an audience of over 50 million per week. The video for "I Won't Tell” featuring J. Holiday directed by Gil Greene , is a star-studded, extravaganza, reminiscent of the Notorious B.I.G.'s "One More Chance," is currently in power rotation on BET, MTV, MTV Jamz, MTV Tres and FUSE.
The previous album Me, Myself & I on Terror Squad through Imperial Records/Virgin has currently sold over 250,000 units producing the Grammy nominated smash hit single “Make It Rain” featuring Lil’ Wayne which surpassed the 1 million ring tone sales milestone and 1 million full song downloads. The single is certified Platinum in RIAA's Digital Ringtone program.
