Stars of both musical stage and television (they have a show on HBO), Flight of the Conchords is a New Zealand comedy duo composed of Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement. Billing themselves as "Formerly New Zealand's fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo." They were named Best Alternative Comedy Act at the 2005 US Comedy Arts Festival and Best Newcomer at the Melbourne Comedy Festival. The Conchords latest effort, "I Told You I Was Freaky," hits stores on October 20t. It includes three songs from the second season of their TV show plus brand-new material. We just love "Sugalumps" music video by Flight of the Conchords (a Thumbs Up)! OMG, this song is fresh out of the oven (October, 2009)!
