Q. How do you watch videos in full screen?

A. Please follow these steps:

  • Click on one of our music videos, and the video player will launch.
  • Click the "Full Screen" button at the bottom of the video player.
  • The video should load in full screen.

Q. When I click on a music video, all I see is a commercial!

A. Please try watching a couple other music videos and see if you continue to experience the same problem. If you only have problems with that one video, there may be a problem with the video file. Please contact us and inform us of the problem. If you are unable to watch the other videos as well, there may be network error on our site. Please try again soon.

Q. Can I download or purchase music videos from your site?

A. Our agreements with the record labels prevent us from allowing people to download or purchase the videos on our site. Our web site is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for you to enjoy all the videos you want. We can let you watch them all day long. We just can't redistribute or sell the videos.

Q. How often do you update your Top 10 Video List?

A. The Top 10 List is updated daily. This list reflects the most frequently watched music videos on our site.

Q. How often do you add new videos to your site?

A. We add new videos to the site every day! Keep checking the Pop, Rock or Urban section to see which videos are new on MusicRemedy.

Q. Why don't you have any videos by (insert artist/band name here)?

A. We are constantly updating our video library and are working hard to get as many videos -- new and old -- up on the site as quickly as possible. Please be patient and keep checking in!

Q. I can't find a video that used to be on your site. What happened to it?

A. On occasion we have to remove a few select videos from our archives at the request of certain record labels.

Q. The video quality is poor.

A. The problem may be with the speed of your Internet connection. Users with fast connections such as T1 lines, cable modems, and DSL connections are able to watch our videos at a much higher quality than our 56K and 28K dial-up modem users. Streaming video over the Internet requires a great deal of bandwidth, and unfortunately 56K and slower connections are not fast enough to give you the quality picture you are probably looking for. We are working on new ways to improve the quality of our videos and hope to have this matter resolved in the future.

Q. Where can I find audio/video clips of my favorite artist on MusicRemedy.com?

A. MusicRemedy.com features short & long clips from many artist's music videos--some old and some brand spankin' new. Go to your favorite artist's page by using the bands alphabet navigation module located in the top portion of all pages. On the individual artist page, click the "Music Audio and Video" link in the left menu for all the videos & audios with that band.

Q. How do I submit music videos to your site?

A. Submitting music videos to MusicRemedy is very easy. We recommend using our contact form and email the URL to find the video.

Q. Will my video actually make it onto the site?

A. We treat all videos submitted to us the same way. We will try to put every video on our site, but we reserve the right to reject or remove any video that contains content that is sexually explicit, obscene, violent, offensive, or otherwise violates the MusicRemedy Terms of Service. We will attempt to place your video in the music video section of musicremedy.com by the band's name.

Q. How long does it take to get my videos up on the site?

A. We will try to review your video submission within five business days of receipt and will attempt to display any accepted video soon after that.
