Formed late 2005 in York, aka 'the graveyard of ambition', Hijak Oscar combine dirty blues with rock, soul and jazz. They have steadily torn up the boards across Yorkshire and also in the big smoke, having supported Alabama 3 on a couple of occasions. Their debut LP is available now.

We gave "Greed" music video by Hijack Oscar a listen and yeah, we like it. Let's see if it will 'grow' on us. (August, 2007) Remember: oldie but goodie. Like wine, some songs get better due time. Is this one of them or was it just a one-day wonder?
