Born in San Diego and the youngest of five siblings, Issa moved to Los Angeles to try her luck in the city of opportunity. In late 2004, the Latina/Filipina beauty’s dreams were answered with an audition for the R&B group TLC's television show "R U the Girl." Issa secured a finalist position but when the contract was sent to her, she became concerned about limiting her options. Finally she has released her new single "Boss Lady" featuring Trina. We heard some good stories about "Boss Lady f/ Trina" music video by Issa and yeah, we like it. This joint have received some well deserved attention but didnot make it to the top. A pity...
