J*DaVeY deliver again with the track "Might As Well" from The Beauty In Distortion EP. Within the first few seconds we are put into a hypnotic trance by the electro-soul fusion produced by Brook D'Leau and Jack Davey's seductive voice. Unlike "Mr. Mister," which draws us in with a harsher sound, "Might As Well" has a celestial sparkle. Lines like "Babe I've been working all day/ I'm not looking for a serious thing" are the perfect soundtrack for a summertime fling. We gave "Might As Well" music video by J Davey a listen and yeah, it's a nice song (August, 2008). An oldie but didnot make it to 'goodie'. Apparantly not enough attention to make it to the top. A pity...
