"Touch And Go" was initially supposed to be the lead-single for Joe's sophomore LP, Padded Room, but because of some developments Joe has recorded a new lead-single which is so dope, the label and Joe decided to push Padded Room back to 2-24-09, to give the new single a push at radio and video. Now, "Touch & Go" resurfaces as the lead-single to Joe's "pre-quel" to Padded Room, Halfway House which will be released on 10-28-08. We heard some good stories about "Touch And Go" music video by Joe Budden and yeah, we like it. This is a somewhat 'older' joint but still very tight. A lot of people have given their thumbs up and so should you.
