Established trance outlet, Elevation Records promo their eagerly awaited 12th release; “Free Your Mind” by Karybde & Scylla. French duo Karybde & Scylla are fast becoming rising stars in the trance world,having already remixed “Shivers” by Armin Van Buuren. “Free Your Mind” is about to impact hard in the sets of all the A list trance DJ's around the world, with all mixes having already created quite a stir on dancefloors across the UK.

“Free Your Mind’ captures the imagination of the dance floor with both the Original and Van Gelder mixes delivering driving basslines and addictive lead sounds. Van Gelder has produced several huge tracks under both his Icone and Van Gelder guise for many labels across the globe! Both mixes have been tried and tested with devastating effect and will rightly continue to earn the label an acknowledged seal of quality.

Karybde & Scylla is the collaboration between SÈbastien HENRI & Laurent ROUX, French Trance producers living on the center of France in Vichy, producing various trance tracks together since 2001.
Both autodidacts they try to produce "trance for the pleasure of listening" and try to captivate people with fresh and entrancing melodies.
They also produce a 1 hour mixing session on Afterhours.fm, called "Pure Trance Pleasure".

Elevation Records
Elevation Records was founded in April 2002 by Kevin Meade aka DJ Oceanforce. The debut release (Euphoric Dream/Energy Flow) proved to be hugely popular at Radio 1 where Judge Jules played it three times on his show and also charted it 2 weeks in succession.
Paul van Dyk also featured Euphoric Dream in many of his sets and amazingly included it in his Essential Mix in July 2002 at the Berlin Loveparade, which was live on Radio 1! Many of the UK top jocks such as Tiesto, John Kelly, Scott Bond, Matt Hardwick and Dan Bailey played it at various clubs in and around the UK. In fact one of the tracks, Energy Flow was signed by EMI to go on a huge Japanese compilation album, which sold over 10,000 copies. Oceanforce was one of 20 artists such as Lasgo, Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate and Frank Traxx to be included on the album.
Almost all the releases since the debut have been cained by many of the top jocks such as Tiesto, Armin, Ferry Corsten and Dave Pearce who himself has supported several releases on his highly acclaimed Dance Anthems show on Radio 1!
2007 will prove to be a very busy year for Elevation Records since we have signed several tracks by new artists in order to develop some of the excellent up and coming talent that is out there. With a new identity and website created, the next few months will see this label raising its profile in the UK and abroad.
