Kasmin Shakir Cooper AKA "Kas Da God" was born on October 03, 1978, and is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He moved to the Bull City in 1988. Kas entered the music game in 1989 by dancing with a group called "Da Untouchables." In 1989, the group branched off into rapping and Kas has been doing his thing ever since. Performing at the famed Apollo Theatre is one of Kas's greatest experiences. In the Triangle and Triad areas, he has opened for De La Soul at Plum Crazy as well as perfomances at Cats Craddle, Club Rhythm, and The Ritz. We heard some good stories about "Heavy Metal Hip Hop" music video by Kas Da God and yeah, we like it. This joint have received some well deserved attention but didnot make it to the top. A pity...
