Kounty Boyz to release Music

Kounty Boyz is the newest rap duo to hit the hip-hop scene. Tampa bred DK and OOZY are putting their city on the map with the release of their debut album entitled Music. "Million Bucks" is the second single from Kounty Boyz' debut album.

The first single, "Get Lost Money" was released last year and made a huge impact on southern urban radio playing from WWWZ in Charleston, SC down to WEDR in Miami, FL. OOZY says "this song is supposed to motivate you. You get your money and then go get lost, go somewhere nice."

Tampa bred, Kounty Boyz, are creating whispers in the streets as the hot new upcoming rap duo to hit the hip-hop scene. With new urban beats and lyrics, the pair is steadily moving themselves up the ladder to success within the music industry. DK and OOZY, have been self promoting their work for the last five years as a way to get what they have to say out to the masses. In an industry where artists are "created," Kounty Boyz has stayed true to the motto, "if you don't work, you don't eat."

Many rap artists and groups bursts onto the scene, and then fade out as quickly as they come. Kounty Boyz; however, do not plan on being one of those groups. "Our lyrics make us stand apart," DK said. With over 100 performances at national events and concerts such as Clark Atlanta University's homecoming, Kounty Boyz have seen their blueprint come into effect. The first single, "Get Lost Money," is available on iTunes and is the song the duo believes will put them on the map. OOZY said, "Man, this song is supposed to motivate you. You get your money and then go get lost, go somewhere nice."

The innovative minds of DK and OOZY are forever turning out new ideas and new endeavors, to make their group a fixture on the music scene. Along with the music, the duo has helped out with the register to vote campaign this past presidential election in Atlanta with Akon and Young Jeezy. In addition to those activities, they are building a network and street team through their independent music label, Kash Iz King Entertainment.
