Lack's Biography

They said it had to start somewhere, it had to start someplace. The history of Lack is quite simple: Four youngsters meet somewhere in Denmark, driven by mutual desire to transform the trivial dullness of their surroundings into challenging, meaningful and personal music. It began quietly. From there on the stone rolled, song by song, show by show, tour by tour. Desire. Excitement. As we reached the summer of 2001, we were facing the release of our debut album ‘Blues Moderne anois explosifs’, an event preceded by and achieved via two self released 7” and by touring in the western parts of Europe.
