SRC's latest, Majic Massey, manages to do just this with a new sound blended with some old soul classics like Curtis Mayfield and Ronald Isley. With producers like Kanye West, Swizz Beats, No I.D., 7, Cool & Dre, David Banner, Loony Tunes, and TrackMasters, Majic takes his sound out of Chicago and into new territory.
