It is to be released in all of Europe, except for the United Kingdom and Norway, while "The Never-Ending Why" will be released in these countries a week before, on September 14, 2009. OMG, "Ashtray Heart" music video by Placebo is fresh out of the oven (September, 2009)! No idea whether this will be an official single. Just check it if you want to keep updated.
