With their new album, Under The Blacklight, coming August 21st, Filter cover stars Rilo Kiley have just released a track to follow up the disco funk of lead single, “The Moneymaker.” While “The Moneymaker” showed the LA quartet exploring seedy undertones with real-life prospective porn stars, “Silver Lining” shows fans the innocence and girl-next-door charm side of frontwoman Jenny Lewis. This track gives off a 60's pop vibe as Jenny croons about being her fella's "silver lining."

We gave "Silver Lining" music video by Rilo Kiley a listen and yeah, it's a nice song (August, 2007). An oldie but didnot make it to 'goodie'. Apparantly not enough attention to make it to the top. A pity...
