Two months ago D4L leader Shawty Lo announced to the world that “Dey Know.” The song began to buzz in Atlanta and through various southern cities, but never picked up steam nationwide. With Shawty Lo’s solo debut, Units In Da City, dropping in January something needed to be done. Thus, we get a remix to Dey Know that includes artists from all across the country. Joining L.O. is Hyphy master E-40, Florida sensation Plies, and fellow ATLiens Young Jeezy and Gorilla Zoe. The verses are all fun, and very slowly rapped, but the scene stealer remains the catchy production courtesy of Balis. I have read positive feedback about this song and we have to agree.
