Smile Empty Soul 'Consciousness' album

F.O.F. Label Group is proud to announce the release of Consciousness, the much anticipated third album from Los Angeles–based rockers Smile Empty Soul. The album is set for release on August 25, 2009.

Produced by Eddie Wohl (Anthrax, Ill Nino, Jesse Malin) and mixed by Jay Baumgardner (Evanescence, Hoobastank, Three Days Grace, Godsmack, Papa Roach), Consciousness is an incredible collection of rock tracks that showcase the musical talents of one of L.A.’s own. With all of the time and care that was put into this album, Consciousness is Smile Empty Soul’s best album to date. “We have come a long way personally and musically. This album shows how much we have matured and we couldn’t be more excited to share it,” says lead singer and guitarist Sean Danielsen. There’s no two ways about it. After reaching the heights of the music biz with their smash single, "Bottom Of A Bottle," in 2004 the band went on to play over 250 shows packing venues from coast to coast with everyone from Janes Addiction to Puddle Of Mudd to The Deftones. The trio (Sean Danielsen, vocals, guitar; Ryan Martin, bass; and Jake Kilmer, drums) met in high school and started playing gigs all over the Sunset Strip.
