No, this is not a James Bond movie or a Humphrey Bogart classic, nor is it "Avenue du Gare" where you smoke your last cigar. It’s just a movie in your head! This you enter the world of Tape Five.
Tape Five is the brainchild of Smarty-Mart, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer who has cranked out thousands of commercials and had numerous gold records in his native Germany. Together with vocalist Henrik Wager, trumpet virtuoso Florian Esch (who has played with Django Reinhardt Jr, The Brecker Brothers and Nils Lofgren), the mysterious, talented female singer from Siberia (who keeps her identity secret) and accordion player, Mr. Siebenhaar, Smarty-Mart has created one of Europe’s most talked about albums. Nominated for numerous awards in Europe, this project has been compared in style to De-Phazz and Ursula 1000.
