The Killers – The Cowboy Christmas Ball

Last week The Killers released their sixth annual Christmas single "The Cowboy' Christmas Ball". It is an original song but the lyrics are taken from the 1890 poem of the same name by William Lawrence Chittenden. They did change it a little bit by personalizing it by adding the state Nevada where they come from. The band proofs to be no Scrooge with all proceeds go to AIDS charities as part of the (PRODUCT)RED campaign, headed by Bono and Bobby Shriver. I gave the song a listen and I like it.
