Detroit based indie rock outfit The Silent Years will be hitting the road for a lengthy U.S. tour in support of their upcoming debut album. The self-titled disc will be released on No Alternative Records on Oct. 24, 2006. The tour kicks off today in Prescott, Ariz. before winding up in New Mexico on Dec. 2.

We gave "Someone to Keep Us Warm" music video by The Silent Years a listen and yeah, we like it. Let's see if it will 'grow' on us. (October, 2006) Ahh look a song which should have received more attention. A pity...
