Send to a FriendThe Three Melancholy Gypsys or 3MG, is made up of Living Legends crew members MURS, Eligh, and Scarub. The 3 first hooked up in 1992 at Hamilton High School in Los Angeles and after forming 3MG became part of a larger crew called the Log Cabin. The trio worked on music as 3MG and the Log Cabin for awhile until they slowly drifted apart.

A couple years later they all reconnected in Oakland at the Outhouse where the Living Legends crew was taking shape. Even though they are one of the more popular groups within the crew, their only release to date has been "Gypsys Luck", an 8-song project released in 1999. This year, 3MG is making moves, with a new album in the works and a nationwide tour coming later in the year, the group looks to officially make its mark.
