Wideawake to release Something That We Cant Let Go
Something We Can’t Let Go Of is WIDEAWAKE’s third studio album. The album contains the song “MAYBE TONIGHT, MAYBE TOMORROW” that has already sold in excess of 15,000 downloads on iTunes via a partnership with the Lance Armstrong Foundation. The song is used at all of their events as well as all of their institutional advertising.
Maybe Tonight won the 2007 ISC (International Songwriting Competition) Grand Prize and was selected from almost 15,000 entries from 88 countries by a panel of judges that included Tom Waits, Brian Wilson, Jerry Lee Lewis, Macy Gray and Robert Smith from the Cure.

The band’s songs have been featured on Grey's Anatomy, Ghost Whisperer, and Scrubs. Songs have also been featured in The Gridiron Gang (Sony), Tristan and Isolde (Fox), Freedom Writers (Paramount) and other major motion pictures.
The band has sold in excess of 30,000 combined units on their two independent releases. They have played over 1000 shows since 2000 and have shared the stage with Switchfoot, Blue October, Third Eye Blind, Sister hazel, Sheryl Crow, Better than Ezra, Hootie and the Blowfish, Tears for Fears, Glenn Phillips, Mark Broussard and Gavin DeGraw. In 2006, the band co-headlined the Rock Bus Tour with the Zac Brown Band, which visited 30 cities across the country. The band will be on the road for the duration of 2009.
