Ms. Duncan's done an exceptional job of making the Mariah Carey song her own- her vocal performance is strong, playful and unique and the little vocal arobics at the end will keep you coming back for more. The procuction, with its 'wall of sound,' feel is reminescent of some of the great 60s and 70s classics, giving it a nostalgic feel. This one is already doing well on iTunes and if it gets some airplay support it could be a big hit for many year's to come. We are still loving "All I Want For Christmas Is You" music video by Whitney Duncan (a Thumbs Up!) although its been over three months since was given a 'Thumbs Up' here at MusicRemedy (November, 2008). An oldie but didnot make it to 'goodie'. Apparantly not enough attention to make it to the top. A pity...
